Cranberry Pizza Appetizers Recipe

What You Need

2 8 ounce cans refrigerated crescent style dinner rolls 2 8 ounce packages brie cheese, rind removed 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce 1 cup pecans, chopped

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lightly grease 2 pizza pans with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Unroll the crescent style dinner rolls and detach into triangular shapes. Place the pieces on the treated pizza pans with the narrow ends pointing in toward the center.

Press the pieces of dough to thin them out until the edges of each are touching one another.

Bake the dinner rolls 1 pan at a time for about 5 minutes or until they start to turn a light golden brown color.

While the rolls are baking, cut the brie cheese into half inch sized cubes.

After baking the rolls, sprinkle each with cheese and spoon the cranberry sauce evenly over each. Distribute the chopped pecans around the "pizzas" and bake for about 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.

Allow the cranberry pizza appetizers to cool slightly before cutting into wedges and serving.
