Sue Mallick with Food City prepares Toffee Mini Rolls at the Tasteful Creation Cooking School held every Monday Night at Food City Crown Point in Kingsport, TN. Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup almond toffee bits, 2 tubes crescent rolls, 1 cup powdered sugar, 4 tsp milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla In a small mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until light and fluffy. Stir in toffee bits. Separate each tube of crescent rolls into 4 triangles, seal perforations. Spread butter mixture evenly on each rectangle. Roll up each rectangle jelly-roll style, starting with long side. Cut each roll into 6 one inch slices, plate cut side down into 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes. In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla; stir until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
