Preparation Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350oF (That's 180oC).

2. Lightly grease your baking pan(s), and sprinkle a light coat of flour on top.

3. merge eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix until they're thoroughly blended together.

4. In a detach bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and the spices.

5. Mix all the ingredients together into one larger bowl using a whisk.

6. Pour your batter into your greased and floured baking pan.

7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350oF. Check it after about 35 minutes. Once you can poke it with a toothpick without anyone sticking to the toothpick, your bread is finished.
